The Panamanian State reaffirmed its commitment to human development in the province of Coclé through a robust social investment exceeding seven million balboas. This initiative focuses on productive inclusion and entrepreneurship in the districts of Natá, Penonomé, La Pintada, and Olá. Under the leadership of Minister of Social Development (Mides) Beatriz Carles de Arango, an integral strategy is being executed to impact children, youth, women, and populations in extreme vulnerability. Among the standout advances are: • CAIPI San Antonio (La Pintada): A reconstructed center with an investment of B/. 455,952.00 to benefit 300 infants in hard-to-reach areas. • CAIPI Alegres Corazones (Farallón): Reconstruction works underway for B/. 379,924.75. • Program Cuidarte: Implementation of a family care modality with an investment of B/. 101,750.00 in non-governmental organizations for protection projects that reach 214 minors. This measure directly benefits 17,301 people in a situation of poverty and extreme poverty. In terms of education and employment, the literacy plan 'Muévete por Panamá' has enabled 12 people to learn to read and write under the current administration, with plans to open new learning spaces in Aguadulce and El Valle de Antón. The Padrino Empresario program integrates young students into the labor market, strengthening their life projects with the support of the private sector.
