The Institute for Training and Human Resources Utilization (Ifarhu), in coordination with the Ministry of Education (Meduca), reported that the disbursement of the first payment of the Educational Social Assistance Program - Universal (PASE-U) for 2026 is currently in the validation process. According to an official communiqué, this procedure aims to ensure a correct and transparent delivery in the shortest possible time. The institution explained that the main reason for the delay is due to the late registration of thousands of students, which has extended the time required for data verification. This process is fundamental to ensure that the benefit reaches only those who meet the established legal requirements. Similarly, as part of a modernization plan, Ifarhu announced that it is advancing in the gradual implementation of payment through ACH (bank accreditation) for all beneficiaries nationwide. This transition aims to: reduce costs by eliminating the logistics of issuing and distributing physical checks; improve agility by allowing parents to receive the money directly into their bank accounts; increase security by avoiding long lines and the risks associated with handling physical documents. Ifarhu reported that it continues to optimize its processes to provide a more efficient and secure service to the student population.
