Naturgy has incorporated mechanized pruning technology to strengthen the preventive maintenance of trees near power distribution lines in Panama. This equipment allows intervening in trees that exceed 20 meters in height and to operate in areas where access for technical crews is often more limited. The company projects that mechanization will exceed 50,000 man-hours annually in preventive pruning work, expanding the maintenance coverage around the electrical network.
