On the morning of Sunday, January 18, there was a tense moment on Contadora. A private plane veered off the runway just as it was landing at Raúl Arias airfield. The aircraft, a Cessna 182 with registration HP-1475, was coming from Marcos A. Gelabert Airport. According to the flight plan, three people were on board. Everyone came out without injuries. The incident occurred during the final maneuver. No injuries or major damage were reported at the time.
