According to police information, the victim was identified as 37-year-old Nadine De Jesús Silvera Pereira, who was in the passenger seat of a gray Honda Pilot SUV with license plate AM 5008. She was accompanied by her partner, 44-year-old Venezuelan national Roberto Alberto Cárdenas Olivares, who was unharmed. The incident occurred at approximately 7:40 PM when two unknown individuals on a red motorcycle fired shots, according to the victim's partner. Some social media reports suggest that the couple had stopped at a restaurant just minutes before the incident and switched seats, with the Venezuelan citizen at the wheel when the shooting took place. Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the cause and those responsible for this tragic event. The suspects, who fled in the direction of Chanis, have not yet been apprehended.
