Sources from the Metropolitan Hospital Complex reported about the failure of the information system, which has caused chaos in several services. According to sources, the Emergency Room and Blood Bank clinics have been affected, as well as the operation of telephone lines in the hospital.
It is reported that in areas such as radiology and laboratories, reports are being carried out manually due to the lack of connection. This represents an additional problem in the laboratory, as there will be no records in the system due to the service interruption.
"The situation is chaotic in the hospital, we have been without network for two hours. The Technology staff are working to resolve the failure as soon as possible," explained a source from the Metropolitan Hospital Complex.
