Panama on Alert Due to Heavy Rainfall

The National System of Civil Protection (Sinaproc) has issued a prevention advisory for significant rainfall until November 14, 2025, which will affect most of the national territory. According to the forecast, rainfall accumulations of between 201 and 280 millimeters are expected, especially in the following provinces: Bocas del Toro, Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca, Chiriquí, Veraguas, Coclé, Panamá Oeste, Darién, the Metropolitan Region, and Emberá Wounaan Comarca.
