The National Executive Director of Health Services and Benefits, Marcos Young, reported that more than 70 positions have been enabled, mainly concentrated in the interior of the country.
With this initiative, the Caja de Seguro Social (CSS) seeks to strengthen health services and improve the quality of care that patients receive throughout the country.
To these are added Colón and Panamá Este, with 11 positions each, in addition to Azuero, which requires 10 specialists, and Veraguas, with five vacancies.
Interested parties must go to the offices of the National Executive Directorate of Health Services and Benefits (DENSYPS), in building 519, fourth floor, in Clayton, and present university diplomas, suitability issued by the Technical Council, and resume, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The provinces with the greatest need are Bocas del Toro, with 14 positions; Coclé, with 11; and Chiriquí, with nine.
Young detailed that the job offer includes a base salary of $2,501 per month, a 40% bonus, shift pay, and a housing benefit.
The Social Security Fund (CSS) opened its fifth call for the hiring of specialist doctors, with the objective of reinforcing medical care at the national level, especially in the regions with the greatest deficit of this human resource.
The call is aimed at professionals in anesthesiology, cardiology, peripheral vascular surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, gynecology-obstetrics, hematology, critical and intensive medicine, internal medicine, nephrology, pneumology, neurology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, radiology, rheumatology, and urology.
