A minor who accidentally fell into a latrine while crawling inside a residence in the San Félix district, Chiriquí province, was rescued this Sunday by units of the Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos. The infant's family, realizing what had happened, called the Firefighters, who acted quickly in the confined space, successfully and safely extracting the minor. After being rescued, the firefighters provided primary care to the child at the scene, and then coordinated with the family for a preventive medical evaluation.
