Nearby communities to the Cobre Panamá project expressed their frustration over the lack of prompt responses to their demands. According to representatives of these communities, they cannot continue waiting indefinitely for answers to their concerns.
One spokesperson stated: "It is crucial that we are heard and our concerns are addressed in a timely manner. We cannot continue in this uncertainty and need concrete answers as soon as possible."
