The ruling of the Supreme Court has annulled the regulations establishing tariffs for quarterly processing in domestic and international transportation.
"This decree clearly leads to discrimination, violating the principle of equality in access to transportation services. Therefore, we consider it important to annul this decision," noted the representative of the Supreme Court.
