Operation Scorpion, carried out by the National Police in collaboration with the Public Prosecutor's Office, took place in the district of San Miguelito, resulting in the arrest of alias "Lito" for the crime Against Life and Personal Integrity in its aggravated form of Intentional Homicide, to the detriment of a police unit. The incident occurred on December 5, 2024, at a bus stop in the San Isidro area, where the unit was hit by a firearm, resulting in the loss of an officer's life.
Alias "Lito", identified as the presumed author of the shots, was captured in the Buenos Aires area, specifically in the Omar Torrijos district. Subsequently, he was placed at the disposal of the competent authorities for the necessary procedures regarding the orders of the Homicide prosecutors.
