The International Labour Organization (ILO) has requested the Government of Panama to present its explanations regarding the complaint filed by Suntracs. The union accuses the Government of violating labor rights and of closing related bank accounts.

This is not the first time that Suntracs and the Panamanian Government have clashed on labor issues, highlighting the tense relationship between both parties.

On the other hand, President José Raúl Mulino plans to travel to Montevideo to attend the inauguration ceremony of Yamandú Orsi as the new president of Uruguay, scheduled for March 1. This event represents an opportunity to strengthen ties between Panama and Uruguay and to maintain a constructive dialogue between both countries.

It is important to emphasize the relevance of these events both nationally and internationally, as they impact Panama's labor and diplomatic relations with other countries.
