Alias 'Kiwa' captured, one of the most wanted in Panama

The National Police arrested alias 'Kiwa' in Las Garzas, linked to intentional homicide. Operations will continue to maintain public safety.


The National Police, under the Firmness Plan along with the Public Ministry, carried out a search warrant in the district of Las Garzas that resulted in the capture of alias "Kiwa", who was on the list of the most wanted for the crime of aggravated intentional homicide. This individual is allegedly linked to a crime that occurred on August 27, 2024, in the district of Caimitillo, Nuevo Caimitillo.

In another police operation conducted at a residence in the district of La 24 de Diciembre, police units arrested a 50-year-old woman after allegedly seizing illicit substances and ammunition. These actions are part of the Police Institution's strategy to combat crime and ensure the tranquility of the population by removing those who violate the law from the streets.

The capture of alias "Kiwa" and the apprehension of the woman in La 24 de Diciembre are examples of the continuous work of the police to enforce the law and maintain citizen security. These events are part of a series of operations aimed at reducing the presence of criminals on the streets and ensuring the integrity of citizens. In the words of the responsible authorities:
