
President Jose Raul Mulino stated that next week he may sign the law on Social Security Reform in Panama (CSS). This news became known after Mulino confirmed that he is awaiting the completion of discussions on the proposed changes in the Social Security system. According to him, the signing of the law on the CSS reform may take place very soon. "We believe that during the upcoming week we can sign this law to begin its implementation," the state official noted. These changes are aimed at improving services and the effectiveness of the CSS operations for the benefit of the citizens of Panama. It analyzes the introduction of new management and financing mechanisms to ensure higher quality services for the population. President Mulino expressed hope that the approval of the changes to the law will be completed in the nearest future, in order to start the realization of the CSS reform and improve the social security system in the country.
