President of Panama, José Raúl Mulino Quintero, arrived in Costa Rica this morning for a one-day official visit. He was accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic, Maricel Cohen de Mulino, and state ministers. The visit includes a meeting with his Costa Rican counterpart, Rodrigo Chaves Robles. President Mulino will also be decorated with the National Order of Juan Mora Fernández. As part of this presidential meeting, a meeting of First Ladies will be held at the Dr. Rafael Ángel Calderón Guardia National Museum. Mulino will carry out an agenda that includes a private meeting with his counterpart at the National Theater of San José. The official mission will conclude with a lunch for the heads of state and their work teams at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
