He also announced the groundbreaking for a pet hospital in Juan Díaz, which will be a reference veterinary center in the region. Furthermore, Mulino informed that the National Library Ernesto Castillero now has the urgent funds it needed this year and resources for future years, thanks to a cooperation agreement.
