December 21, 2025, two men were charged with aggravated homicide for the crime in Arco Iris. Previously, the judge had already declared their apprehension legal. After the charges were filed, the judge applied the most severe precautionary measure (provisional detention), taking into account the nature and seriousness of the crime. Details of this crime indicate that on that Thursday, around 10:20 PM, several subjects arrived at the 'La Cloaca' shelter, where the victim, known as 'Cirilín', was and shot him, causing him to die at the scene. 'Cirilín' had a police record accumulated between 2009 and 2024 for crimes related to drugs, robbery, and theft.
