A Panamanian citizen was apprehended in the Ancón area, and eight packages of suspected illicit substances were seized from the car he was traveling in. The seized vehicle and collected evidence were made available to the competent authorities. It seems that every Christmas season, we see a rash of arrests involving packages of illicit substances. This happened after a search and seizure operation in a car by the Drug Prosecutor’s Office together with the National Police. Inside, they had 251 packages of this material which will be investigated.
