The Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel), in collaboration with the Ministry of Government (Mingob), is advancing the selection of candidates to consolidate an efficient and accessible Community Justice structure. The goal is to fill 768 vacancies in the provinces of Veraguas, Herrera, and Colón. These targeted recruitments aim to professionalize judicial services in the country's corregimientos. The distribution of selected profiles is as follows: 400 applicants for Veraguas, 196 for the province of Herrera, and 172 for Colón. The process is based on the technical evaluation of resumes, prioritizing specific skills, professional merits, and a strong vocation for service to ensure transparency in the selection of personnel. Applications were centralized through the official portal www.empleospanama.gob.pa, a free public service tool managed by Mitradel. The positions to be filled include justices of the peace, judicial secretaries, clerks, and process servers. According to the official, this effort directly contributes to the professionalization of the State and the strengthening of the community justice system, urging candidates to demonstrate maximum commitment to the responsibilities these positions entail. The National Government, under the leadership of President José Raúl Mulino Quintero, reaffirms its commitment to implementing a judicial system that promptly responds to the population's needs. This interinstitutional effort seeks not only to improve administrative procedures but also to enhance the quality of citizen service and foster harmonious coexistence within communities.
