The Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs, Agnes De León de Cotes, stated that teachers hired for the validation process must be on the eligible list, but non-permanent teachers will also be invited. The list of schools authorized for the validation is available on the Ministry of Education's (Meduca) website. The official urged parents to register their students in the educational region where they will be during the vacation period if they travel. De León de Cotes explained that students can enroll in up to three failed subjects at a cost of $7.00 per subject.
