Panama's National Police confirmed that the alert for 19 of the 33 most-wanted individuals for gang-related activities and homicide remains active. Authorities are offering rewards up to $100,000 for information leading to their capture.

Panama — The alert to locate the 19 of the 33 'Most Wanted' for gang-related activities and homicide remains active, the National Police reiterated this Monday. According to the entity, of the list of 33 wanted individuals published on November 24, 2025, 19 are still at large, including leaders of the criminal organization 'Los HP' (Humility and Purity). Of the 14 individuals named in the November list, some have been located during joint operations by the Police and the Anti-Gang Prosecutor's Office, while others, especially lower-ranking members, have turned themselves in. Authorities also reiterated that rewards remain in effect for anyone providing information that leads to the capture of the wanted individuals, ranging from $2,000 to the $100,000 offered for the gang's leader. As of now, those still at large include: Carlos Alberto Aguilar Becerra ($100,000) and Franklin Ariel Acevedo Zúñiga ($75,000), leaders of the criminal organization 'Los HP'. Additionally, Eduardo Félix Robinson ($30,000), Aries Josué Quintero ($20,000), and Jean Carlo Valderrama ($20,000) are also being sought. Other individuals on this list, for whose capture a reward of $10,000 is offered, are: Yair Aldayr Restrepo Barrera, Manuel Toribio Carrillo Chavarría, Juan De La Cruz Lara, Juan Pablo Pérez Bernal, Nicasio Elías Biens Rodríguez, and Abdiel Edgardo Stevenson Jaramillo. A reward of $5,000 is offered for the capture of: Marcos Miguel Cáceres Barría, Vladimir Alexander Del Mar Richards, Bernardo Alvarado Gaona, Fabio Javier Enrique Díaz Bascombe, Alberto José Ríos Rodríguez, and Cirilo José Carrasco Vargas. In turn, a reward of $2,000 is offered for: Celio Valdespino Rodríguez and Alberto Luis Murillo González. To date, those who have been captured or have turned themselves in include: Jorge Antonio Guerrero and Aaron Moisés Heath, for whom a reward of $10,000 was offered; Jimmy Guillermo Williams Levexier and Edwin Enrique Quintana, for whom $5,000 was offered; as well as Arístides Rangel López, Jeremías Amir Murillo Rodríguez, César Aaron De Gracia González, Joseph Alberto Murillo González, Riquelme Javier De Gracia Urriola, Álvaro Luis Fuentes Lino, Kewell Antonio Flores Alvarado, José Antonio Duncan Carrasquilla, Cristian Abdiel Ruedo Córdoba, and Luis Antonio Morales Chacón; for whom $2,000 was offered.
