In recent weeks, the National Police has reported the apprehension of people who have been convicted of various crimes in different parts of the country. According to the police report, this action took place in the Villa Grecia sector, Las Cumbres district. 'The suspect, along with the evidence, was placed at the disposal of the corresponding judicial authorities,' the National Police assured. A citizen of Cuban nationality was apprehended after a drug he was hiding in several items with double bottoms inside a workshop in Panama North was seized, the National Police reported. In turn, in the Llano Ñopo sector, Ngäbe Buglé Comarca, a 28-year-old man was apprehended and sentenced to 84 months in prison for a crime against freedom and personal integrity, in the modality of rape. 'Also seized were 18 rims, four crankshafts, one camshaft, and 166 bags with a suspected illicit substance, which had its final destination in Asia,' they added. This lady was found in Agua Buena, Chilibre district.
