The Public Ministry reported on Saturday the arrest of the driver of a 'busito' who was involved in an accident on Thursday that resulted in the death of a passenger. The public transport driver was provisionally detained at the request of the Metropolitan Homicide and Femicide Section. The individual was charged with aggravated negligent homicide due to the rollover that occurred on Thursday, February 5, on the main highway towards Cabra, in the 24 de Diciembre area. According to preliminary reports, the driver of the busito lost control of the steering wheel for unknown reasons, collided with a fixed object, and then overturned on the shoulder of the roundabout heading towards Tocumen, near Fucer. The injured managed to exit the vehicle before the paramedics from the Single Emergency Management System arrived at the scene.
