The Prosecutor's Office of the Nation initiated an investigation at the Comprehensive Care Center (CAI) in Tocumen, a shelter under the tutelage of SENNIAF, where alleged irregularities are now under scrutiny. Teams from the Public Ministry, along with experts and forensic personnel, arrived at the site to review, observe, and gather information. Technical verifications were carried out. Data was taken. Everything that could help clarify what is happening behind closed doors was documented. This proceeding seeks a concrete goal: to find out if punishable acts were committed here, and if so, who the responsible parties are.
