Panama Political Scandal: Harassment and Isolation Allegations

Kimberly Serrano will file a complaint for alleged workplace harassment against Ismael Atencio, a representative for the 'Vamos' coalition in the Ernesto Córdoba Campo Corregimiento in North Panama. Ramos, who is Atencio's substitute, will file corresponding complaints with the Administrative Prosecutor's Office, the Public Ministry, and the Ombudsman's Office. She added that she has suffered 'intimidation and exclusion in front of people and threats against my salary' and explained that Atencio 'instructed me not to greet him and not to be in contact with anyone from the work team'. 'I have been a victim of workplace harassment by the honorable representative Ismael Atencio,' Serrano assured Nex Noticias and added that she has suffered 'deliberate isolation from meetings without any justification'. 'I am a professional woman, and I asked him to give me a written role to justify my salary and not to have a reputation of being a freeloader, because in reality I am not,' she clarified.
