Minutes later, patrol cars arrived at the scene and found the young man lying on the pavement, with no vital signs, with evident bullet impacts. The scene was immediately cordoned off for the collection of evidence, gathering of clues, and analysis of key elements to reconstruct what happened. The authorities are trying to establish the motive for the crime and find those responsible for this new bloody incident. The figures are alarming.
