A 54-year-old man was found dead the morning of February 14 in the Jardines Loma del Mastranto neighborhood, in the Barrio Colón corregimiento. The incident was reported at approximately 7:35 a.m. According to his 47-year-old wife, the family was resting when she got up and realized that her husband was hanged in the room with an electrical cable. His children took him down, so by the time the units arrived, he was already on the floor. Personnel from SUME 911 arrived at the scene and confirmed the death. Subsequently, coordination was carried out with the Primary Prosecutor's Office, Common Crimes Section, for the corresponding procedures. The authorities initiated the necessary investigations to clarify this fact that occurred within the family environment.
