The Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Justice, Yanixsa Yuen, reported that the full court will not be able to address the issue of the unconstitutionality lawsuit filed by former President Ricardo Martinelli due to the absence of one of its members. The meeting regarding this matter is expected to be scheduled for after October 28.

The Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Justice lamented the situation and indicated that a new date for the meeting is expected to be set once all members of the full court are available. Meanwhile, the analysis process continues pending a resolution.
