The Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Justice, Yanixsa Yuen, reported that the full court will not be able to address the issue of the unconstitutionality lawsuit filed by former President Ricardo Martinelli due to the absence of one of its members. The meeting regarding this matter is expected to be scheduled for after October 28.
Yanixsa Yuen detailed the analysis process currently being carried out regarding the unconstitutionality lawsuit filed by Ricardo Martinelli. According to her statements, the absence of one member of the full court will prevent the issue from being addressed on the scheduled date.
The Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Justice lamented the situation and indicated that a new date for the meeting is expected to be set once all members of the full court are available. Meanwhile, the analysis process continues pending a resolution.
In the words of Yanixsa Yuen: "The absence of one of the members of the full court prevents us from addressing this issue on the scheduled date. We are working to reschedule the meeting and continue moving forward with the analysis of the unconstitutionality lawsuit filed by former President Ricardo Martinelli."
