The world is experiencing deep contradictions: there are groups that criticize Western imperialism and capitalism, while these in turn question socialism in all its forms.
However, the center of the debate remains social welfare, happiness, and human development. Unfortunately, for many, these ideas seem to be simply empty slogans, as the marginalized population still cannot enjoy the benefits of these ideals.
In the words of an expert, "Let it not be a chimera," concrete measures must be taken to ensure that the most disadvantaged sectors of society can have real access to a dignified and prosperous life.
