Panamanian authorities have managed to locate a pedophile of Panamanian nationality thanks to an investigation carried out in Spain regarding a criminal network dedicated to child pornography. This individual contacted his victims through the popular online game Roblox.
According to official sources, the pedophile used the Roblox platform to establish contact with minors and subsequently manipulated them in order to obtain pornographic material. Thanks to international cooperation, his location was identified and Panamanian authorities proceeded with his arrest.
The Public Ministry of Panama has confirmed that an exhaustive investigation is underway to determine the extent of the crimes committed by this individual as well as to identify other possible victims who may have been affected by his actions.
In this regard, the Attorney General's Office has emphasized the importance of reporting any cases of online abuse and reminded parents of the need to supervise their children's activities on the internet to prevent dangerous situations like this.
