Panamanian athlete Hillary Heron concluded her participation at the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup held in Cairo, Egypt, by securing her second silver medal, this time in the Floor Exercise. The Panamanian Gymnastics Federation reported that Heron delivered an outstanding routine, scoring 12.933 to secure second place in the Floor final. 'We thank the great work of her coaches Carlos Gil and Yareimi Vázquez, as well as the Interdisciplinary Body of the COP for always being present with each of our athletes,' highlighted the Panamanian Gymnastics Federation. First place went to the Chinese athlete Qinqin Ke (12.966), while the third spot was taken by the Spanish athlete Laia Font (12.900). It is noteworthy that Heron scored higher than athletes such as Elizaveta Us (Russia), Thelma Adalsteinsdottir (Iceland), Ceren Biner (Turkey), Salina Bousmayo (Morocco), and Bohdana Kovalova (Ukraine). This was Heron's second medal at this tournament, with the first also being silver, but in the Vault event. Heron had two excellent vaults to place second in the final of this apparatus. In her first vault, Heron scored 13.133, while her second was a 13.466, achieving a total score of 13.499 to secure second place in this final, behind the Spanish athlete Laia Font, who scored 13.533.
