A taxi driver died and three other people were injured in a brutal triple collision on the Inter-American Highway, in the Villas de Sol neighborhood, located in Cerro Morado, Aguadulce district, Coclé province. The incident, which occurred around 11:00 p.m. yesterday, involved two pickup trucks and a taxi, whose driver was the most affected. The other two drivers and another person were injured and were taken to Dr. Rafael Estévez Hospital in Aguadulce for medical attention. As a result of the violent impact between the three vehicles, the taxi overturned and ended up in the gutter with the driver's side roof crushed, which caused his death. Authorities arrived at the scene of the accident to begin the corresponding investigations and determine the causes of this traffic accident, as well as to establish responsibility.
