According to BAC's Executive President and CEO, Rodolfo Tabash, this decision does not alter the bank's structure or operations. "Only the headquarters is being formally established, and some executives are being relocated to Panama," he stated. Tabash emphasized that the essence of the bank remains intact. "There are no changes to banking operations. We remain strong and secure," he said, reiterating the bank's commitment to the communities. Previously, the headquarters and executives were based in Costa Rica. The CEO also clarified that the move involves only the relocation of some executives to Panama and will not lead to additional organizational changes. He assured that this transition will not affect the services BAC offers in the countries where it operates.
