New MiBus Route I182 to Improve Connectivity Between Center and North Area

In Panama, in 10 days, a new route of the Panama Mass Transport (MiBus) will begin to operate, identified as I182, which aims to improve connectivity between different key points in the capital city and the northern area. According to the company, starting next January 19, the route will depart from the 5 de Mayo pay zone, travel along Israel Street, pass through the avenues Ernesto T. Lefevre and 12 de Octubre, and continue via the Transístmica highway to conclude at the Metro Los Andes station. Another objective of this new route is to create greater integration with the Panama Metro, especially for users who daily use the route that passes along 12 de Octubre avenue towards the Transístmica highway and travel in both directions. It is expected that this route will benefit residents, workers, and, during school hours, students in the sectors it will pass through, preventing them from needing to make transfers to reach a Panama Metro station.
