During the year 2025, the company achieved significant milestones in innovation and sustainability, surpassing 110,000 clients in the prepaid modality.
After entering the application, the user must select the "Transact" section, go to "Recharges" and choose the "Electricity" option, where they will find the ENSA Prepaid section. The system requests the Customer Account Number (NAC) and the validation of a security question.
This model has proven to be an effective tool to ensure legal and secure access to the electricity supply, reducing irregular connections and improving safety in various communities.
Results and social projection Throughout the previous year, approximately 6 million prepaid pins were issued, benefiting families in sectors such as Altos de los Lagos, Las Garzas and Pacora.
