It was also noted that the committee's report contains errors and fails to evaluate essential criteria, such as the capabilities of key management personnel. The 'Millenium' consortium and 'Smart Clean' have stated that the committee's report violates principles of legality, transparency, and equal opportunity. The National Directorate of Public Procurement must now review all these objections.
