A violent incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Panama. A man was killed on Avenida Peru, in the Calidonia district, in the heart of the capital city. Witnesses report hearing multiple firearm shots, allegedly to the head of the victim. Personnel from the Judicial Investigation Directorate and the Homicide Prosecutor's Office are already at the scene, conducting preliminary investigations before forensic experts from the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences arrive to carry out the corpse removal. It appears the man was being followed, but despite running, he was unable to escape the hitmen who shot him several times.
