The body of a man, who for unknown reasons decided to take his own life, was located under the bridge that crosses the Cabuya River. The grim scene left fruit and vegetable vendors perplexed, as they have adopted that part of the riverbank, adjacent to the bridge that is part of the Pan-American Highway, to place their products after being evicted from the vicinity of the December 24 Metro station. The man's body had a rope tied around his neck with which he was hanging from a tree located under the bridge, a scene that raised many questions and no answers. Although the victim's identity is currently unknown, it was reported that he was wearing a white t-shirt and chocolate-colored pants. After receiving the alert call, staff from the Metropolitan Prosecutor's Office arrived at the scene to carry out the body recovery procedure.
