A fight on Saturday afternoon at La Angosta beach in Portobelo, Colón, Panama, resulted in three detentions. The National Police intervened after several bathers started a brawl. Officers who were patrolling the area immediately responded and arrested those involved. The three detainees were taken to the police station in María Chiquita to be placed at the disposal of the competent authorities. This violent incident occurred at a resort beach where many families were enjoying the weekend. Authorities confirmed that no shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident. The Police have launched an investigation to determine what caused the brawl among several bathers in this tourist area.
