New Budget for Youth Jobs in Panama

The Cabinet Council headed by President José Raúl Mulino approved a budget for the creation of 2,780 new job positions for young people enrolled in the My First Job program. This measure aims to promote the integration of youth into the job market.

Additionally, in the same meeting, the acquisition of 4 combat aircraft and 2 tactical transport aircraft was approved for a total of $178 million. These aircraft will strengthen the country's defense capabilities and contribute to national security.

In the words of President Mulino, "We are committed to the development and well-being of our youth, which is why we invest in programs like My First Job that promote the employability of young Panamanians." On the other hand, the acquisition of the combat and tactical transport aircraft responds to the need to modernize and strengthen our armed forces to ensure the defense of national territory.
