In an official ceremony held this Thursday, March 12, Grupo Car Rental Service formalized the acquisition of 20 units of the Mitsubishi L200 GLX, in manual versions and now with the brand-new automatic version. The automatic version delivers 181 HP and 430 NM of torque with a 6-speed transmission. The delivery was led by the specialized team of Excel Panamá, the authorized distributor of Mitsubishi. This strategic investment responds to the exponential growth of the pick-up segment, whose versatility has gained critical relevance in both personal use and in highly demanding commercial and operational sectors. The Mitsubishi L200 GLX positions itself as the benchmark in its category by balancing the robustness of work with premium comfort features. Among the technical specifications that stand out in this new fleet are: an 8-inch touchscreen, rearview camera, cruise control, and steering wheel-mounted controls. Both versions come with a 2.4L Diesel engine and 4x4 traction with a locking differential. The manual version reaches 148 hp and 330 Nm of torque. It is equipped with 7 airbags and a hill-start assist.
