More than 60 entrepreneurs from Colón will participate in the event "Flavors of Colón", offering a wide variety of dishes that represent the gastronomy of the region. From the traditional pan bon to fried fish, visitors will have the opportunity to taste the culinary delights of Colón.
The "Flavors of Colón" will take place this Sunday, March 16, at the Rooftop of the Super Centro El Dorado, located on Tumba Muerto. This event aims to highlight the characteristic seasoning of Colón's cuisine and promote the gastronomic culture of the Caribbean region of Panama.
According to one of the organizers, the participation of more than 60 local entrepreneurs is expected to showcase the diversity of Colón's cuisine. Attendees will be able to enjoy typical dishes, traditional desserts, and refreshing beverages, all prepared with the unique touch that defines the gastronomy of the area.
Among the dishes that can be found at the event are pan bon, fried fish, as well as other delights that reflect the rich culinary tradition of Colón. In addition to the gastronomic offerings, there will be live music and cultural activities for the whole family, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the food and folklore of Colón.
