César Santo Cuesta Núñez, alias Mama Loso (30 years old), died at the San Miguel Arcángel Hospital after being shot while in sector #42 of El Chumico, in Santa Marta, district of San Miguelito, Panama. The police report details that at around 9:20 PM yesterday, Cuesta was in sector #42, near the road, when a vehicle suddenly passed by and one of its occupants shot him several times. This year, he was prosecuted for disturbing public peace. One of the bullets hit him in the pelvic area. Relatives quickly took him to a nearby polyclinic, where he was stabilized; however, due to the severity of the internal injuries caused by the projectile, he was transferred to the hospital, where he died at around 10:32 PM, a little over an hour after the attack. Regarding Mama Loso's criminal record, it was learned that he had been arrested at least seven times during raids between the years 2020 and 2025.
