The Institute of Agricultural Marketing (IMA) kicks off the second week of Naviferias today for the sale of Christmas baskets. Each basket includes a bone-in picnic ham, 5 pounds of rice, sugar, salt, canned gandú, cracked corn, and a can of sliced pineapple. The baskets are sold for $15 each.
Today's sales will take place in Penonomé and Veraguas. Tomorrow, events will be held in Colón, Darién, and Bocas del Toro, continuing in other regions of Veraguas from 7:00 p.m.
The institute reminded attendees that they must bring their national ID card and reusable bags to facilitate the transport of products.
