Residents of the area took the opportunity to report that streetlights are needed in the zone. Two people died on Saturday night in the province of Chiriquí as a result of a traffic accident that occurred in the Las Vueltas area, in the Boca del Monte district, San Lorenzo district. According to witnesses, a minibus was involved in this accident, which was traveling on the road and perhaps did not see the two indigenous people from the Ngäbe-Buglé ethnic group, who were coming from the comarca. In the last few hours, 1,128 traffic fines have been issued; 133 for speeding, 63 for improper lights, 21 for talking on the phone, and 30 for expired licenses.
