The National Symphony Orchestra of Panama (OSN) held a Gala Concert at the Balboa Theater in honor of Santiago Aguilar Ferrari, a former member of the National Symphony Orchestra and the Police Music Band. The concert was conducted by Professor José Luis Castillo.
