Unfortunately, this stage has been ignored in Panama, contributing to the financial difficulties faced by the CSS.
The solution to these problems does not lie in avoiding this task, but in recognizing the productive and solidarity character of social security. It is crucial to promote debate to find an effective comprehensive solution and generate consensus that drives the creation of decent jobs and prevents the implementation of projects that threaten the fundamental rights of the working population in the country.
