A citizen was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the homicide of Richard Alexander Velazco Robledo (52 years old), perpetrated on November 23 in the Curunducito sector, located in the Belisario Frías district, San Miguelito district.
During the hearing, the Public Ministry managed to legalize the apprehension and the imputation of charges for the crimes of aggravated intentional homicide and illegal possession of a firearm.
Additionally, a space was opened for the parties to agree on a plea agreement, which was approved by the guarantees judge. Of the total agreed-upon sentence, 15 years were applied for the homicide and the other 5 years for the illegal possession of a firearm.
