'Those records that confirm the landslide victory of Edmundo and María Corina are in our possession in Panama,' Mulino told the Venezuelan leader's family. He stated that María Corina Machado is a 'friend who knows she can count on me and on Panama, especially in the coming stage, which is the reconstruction of Venezuela, a great country.'
